We followed a few guiding principles when choosing our list of food and wine festivals, including that they needed to meaningfully celebrate food, seasonal produce, regional flavours, or our broader culinary bounty. To keep things exciting, we’ve also included standout gin and beer festivals.
One thing is clear: Australia has a thriving, incredibly diverse food and wine festival scene, and it just keeps getting better.
